Some days deserve more than your everyday makeup. Birthdays, engagement parties, bridal showers, graduations, race days, christenings, corporate functions and anniversary dinners. I come to you anywhere on the Gold Coast or in Brisbane, so you get ready at home with your people around you instead of sitting in a salon chair across town.
I am Jessica, a makeup artist and qualified hair stylist with more than 27 years of experience. Every booking includes a full set of lashes, and your makeup is built to last from the first photo to the last song.

What Is Included in Every Special Occasion Booking
A proper consultation first, by phone or email, at no charge. Tell me the event, what you are wearing and how you like to look, and I will plan from there. If you have a photo of a look you love, send it.

- Long lasting, sweat resistant products chosen for your skin and the weather
- Hair as well as makeup, if you want both, done by me

Group Makeup for Parties, Birthdays and Events
Most special occasion bookings are more than one person, and the more people in your group, the less each person pays. Mother and daughter before a graduation, a table of friends before a birthday dinner, a whole family before a christening. I work through everyone in order so nobody is sitting around finished three hours early, and nobody is still in a chair when the car arrives.
Hair and makeup packages are done by me personally for groups of up to two. For three or more, a member from my team joins me so everyone is ready on time.

Hair and makeup together: $230 to $280 per person, depending on the length and texture of your hair.

Where I travel to on the Gold Coast & Brisbane
I am based at Jacobs Well, which sits between the Gold Coast and Brisbane and puts most of South East Queensland comfortably within reach.
I regularly work across the Gold Coast, from Coomera and Hope Island through Southport, Main Beach, Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach, and north through Brisbane, Redland Bay and Cleveland. I also travel to Mount Tamborine, the Scenic Rim and into Northern New South Wales.
Travel starts at $10 for bookings under 15km and is charged by distance from there. If you are further afield, ask me and I will let you know.

Questions most brides ask me
How far in advance should I book?
As early as you can. Weekends and peak times like formal season and the Christmas party run go first, but it is always worth asking, because I do get last minute availability.
Will my makeup last all night?
Yes. I use professional, long lasting, sweat resistant products, which matters in a Queensland summer. Your makeup is built to survive dancing, humidity and a long night out.
Do you do hair as well?
Yes. I trained as a hairdresser first and have been doing hair for over 30 years, so you can book hair and makeup together without a separate stylist.
Can you come to me to do my makeup?
Always. I am a mobile artist, so I come to your home, hotel or venue anywhere across the Gold Coast and Brisbane.
Are lashes included?
Yes, in every price. A full set, or individual lashes if you prefer them.
What if my event is outside the areas you have listed?
Just ask. I travel further than the areas listed here for the right booking, including interstate for commercial work. Travel is charged by distance and I will always quote it clearly before you commit.
